We start with a conversation, develop detailed drawings where needed, and manage every stage in-house, ensuring clarity and craftsmanship from design to installation.
How the Process Works
01 Initial Conversation
We talk through your ideas, get a feel for your personal style and understand your unique requirements.
02 Design & Estimate
We prepare sketches or drawings, suggest materials, and provide a clear estimate.
03 Agreement & Deposit
Once you’re happy with the design, we ask for a 50% deposit to confirm your order and book workshop time.
04 Crafting Your Piece
We source premium timber from our network of trusted suppliers and begin making in our own workshop.
05 Progress Updates
You’ll be kept up to date as your furniture takes shape. Adjustments can be discussed if needed.
06 Completion & Final Payment
When the piece is finished, the balance is due before delivery or installation.
07 Delivery & Aftercare
We deliver (and install if required), then provide advice on caring for your furniture so it lasts for years to come.
