Open Havelock is a community regeneration project on the Havelock Estate in Southall. It has transformed 36 abandoned garages and 2,000 sqm of undercroft space into vibrant, purposeful places that deliver real social value while wider regeneration continues. The project creates opportunities for play, sport, leisure, and recreation, while also offering workshop, studio, and storage spaces that strengthen local enterprises and community groups.

We were commissioned to supply the Accoya joinery. This included glazed walls to three sides of the multipurpose room, three hinged doors, and a large sliding door. All elements were supplied fully finished in a tinted waterborne clearcoat, expertly applied in-house by our spray finishing team.
